CLUB OPENING TIMES:

Boxing and Fitness:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 4.30pm-8.30pm.

Boxing Training:
Youth (under 14):- 5.45pm - 7.00pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Senior:- 6.00pm - 8.15pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Tuesday and Thursday 6.00pm - 7.15pm (Pro's and carded boxers only)

FACILITIES:

Main boxing gym has 16ftx16ft boxing ring, 12 punchbags, 2 floor to ceiling balls, 2 maizebags, 2 speed balls, professional scales, treadmill and seated area around boxing ring to view sparring sessions.

Weights gym has multi gym weights, Lat/Pec machine, 2 lifecycles, step machine, 2 Marcy weights benches with olympic press/curling bars and welded dumbell weights.

Fully furnished shower room with 3 electric power showers and 1 cold shower, sauna and changing area.
We have 5 disclosure Scotland screened coaches at the club, one of whom is a registered Physiotherapist.

MEMBERSHIP FEES:

£5.00 per year

TRAINING FEES:

Adult Male - £2.00 per session
Junior Male (u17 years) - £1.00 per session

Senior Citizens have free use of all facilities.
